Project Associate
Joining as a Project Associate, you'll be integral to the execution of FDI projects, providing crucial logistical support, conducting research, and implementing communication strategies. Your responsibilities include precise project execution, risk identification, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
Collaborating closely with the Project Manager, you'll assess client company prospects and coordinate project-related activities, ensuring accurate documentation and updates. With a minimum of 1 year in economic development, a strong grasp of economic trends, and excellent analytical and communication skills, your results-oriented mindset will be a valuable asset to our team!

Job Summary

• Execute economic development strategic project plans aligned with client organizational goals.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for project planning and execution.
• Conduct research and analysis related to project objectives, market trends, or client needs.
• Identify and qualify prospects for client projects, collecting necessary information; Execute multi-channel client project execution communications, including, but not limited to, phone, email, social media, etc.
• Execute required project activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Identify potential project risks.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project specifications.
• Qualify client company prospects to evaluate suitability for client’s region and value proposition.
• Coordinate and schedule project-related meetings, ensuring efficient communication.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, profiles, schedules, etc.
• Support Project Manager to provide updates and ensure project expectations are met.

• Participate in learning and development opportunities to enhance project management skills.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to align project execution initiatives with overall LotusFDI objectives.
• Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as needed to contribute to the overall success of economic development projects and support the objectives of LotusFDI.
